The intended location for the lounge. Needs some work thou. |
About a week ago I finally moved out of my parents basement into my new apartment in Velp, near Arnhem. It's like a town with all the luxuries of a city, yet plenty of green to go around. Right now I am making a to do list to tidy things up but it's my intention to turn a part of the living room into a steampunkish lounge with a view over the city. So, if anyone has any idea's or knows a great place to get suitable stuff, please let me know.
Apart from me moving there is still the movie project we working on. Right now we are organising the auditions and when that is over I hope to make some real progress on that front.
The other project is my our group RAGTAG. Comming weekend will be our first attendance on Fantasyfal, 14 en 15th of june on estate 'De Wauwse Plantage'. Their we will set up an obstacle course that is going to be awesome... Or at least we hope it will be. It will look real good anyway, so come visit us if you can.
At least I got some shelves to put some of my stuff. |
This weekend I took a short break from it all have ever and travelled back in time for a bit to 14th century Gelderland and visit my Compagny of Cranenburgh at Middeleeuws Festijn de Kelder. I was a volunteer however, so that was a whole new perspective for me. Now, I have been to busy with alot of things to get into any details, but it was a nice change of pace for me.
But now it is back to business for me and next week I hope the have something more worthwhile than me not having enough time and why. Till next time.
Oh, I you haven't read it yet. I interviewed Helene Smit, Steampunk designer and artist with some interesting news. Read it all here.
